Teacher Castel Ygot Saba earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education (Major in English) at Southland College, in 2017. She was able to join as English Teacher in Southland College after her graduation, teaching Junior High School students in the local high school for two years.

During her time as a teacher in Southland College, she was able to gain knowledge and insights into becoming a teacher as well as competitive skills she learned while coaching in South Lamp, an official high school publication, where they participated in various competition. Teacher Castel gained leadership skills while participating in many seminar, training, workshops provided by many institutions and also had the opportunity to work as Preregistration Supervisor for Philippine Statistics Authority during her time as teacher in the Philippines.

Now teacher Castel has been teaching students in Concordia since Aug 2021, where she is loved by her students in Grade 1-4. Her love for students enabled them to grow and mature in her leadership.
